SELF CONTAINED DOG FRIENDLY COTTAGE
The Northrise Retreat Cottage is a newly built addition to the property. It keeps the same Edwardian features as the main house and benefits from the same far reaching sea views, but has an ultra modern feel to its interior.
The cottage is very secluded, private and peaceful and benefits from its own private entrance with large wooden gates leading to secure off road parking for up to two cars. It is completely self contained, can sleep up to seven people and is ideal for families.
The cottage also has it’s own front garden and seating area with comfortable garden furniture as well as it own private jacuzzi for guests to enjoy.
The cottage is also dog friendly and guests are welcome to bring along any well behaved dogs. Any dogs will be charged for as extra guests.
The cottage itself is spread over two floors, but has good access for disabled guests as all facilities are available on the ground floor.
Ground Floor
The ground floor has a hallway that leads to an open plan dining lounge area that is a great space for all the family, friends and pets to sit and relax together. It is furnished with a leather sofa, reclining chair, large smart TV and dinging room table and chairs suitable for up to six people.
The leather sofa is a sofa bed, and there are bi-folding doors so that the living room can be partitioned off, meaning that any guests wishing to sleep in this area of the cottage are ensured privacy.
The cottage has a fully equipped open plan modern kitchen equipped with a gas hob, electric fan assisted cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, glassware and everything else you would require for your stay.
There is a stylish ground floor shower room that is equipped with a large walk-in power shower, hand basin, mirror and lavatory.
Top Floor
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms that can comfortably sleep up to five guests.
The master bedroom is en-suite and is furnished with a super king size bed, two bedside tables and lamps, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, full length mirror and a 43″ Smart TV. The views are out of this world!
The master bedrooms en-suite bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in power shower, hand basin, mirror and lavatory.
There is a second double room that is furnished with a super king size bed that is zip linked and can be converted into two twin beds if needed. This room is further furnished with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, full length mirror and a 43″ Smart TV.
There is a third single bedroom that is furnished with a single bed, bedside table and a Velux window.
Travel cots can be provided on request for any guests that are bringing small babies with them.
